About Us

Our office was founded in September 1995 as a consulting firm specializing in engineering design preparation (structural, architectural, sanitary, and electrical).

• Engineering supervision of the execution of projects of all types (public and private), involving both concrete and steel structures, such as industries, hangars, buildings, and villas. Furthermore, handing in periodic documentation and observations of the projects’ completed work.
• Providing land surveys and presenting them along with engineering plans.
• Carrying out the task of evaluating different real estate properties, such as buildings and lands, in order to distribute assets among partners or heirs in accordance with the lawful shares.

These works are managed by an engineering staff of all specializations (architects, civil, electrical, sanitary, and surveyors). Their experience, for some, reaches more than twenty-five years in the field of engineering and office work, using modern engineering programs (AutoCAD, Excel, ETab, STAAD Pro, Revit, and other related software).

Our office provides many distinctive technical machines, e.g., modern computers connected to an internal network, document printers with A0-size engineering drawings, and engineering survey devices (level, total station, etc.).
